Every month at the TKP tennis club, we pay attention not only to performance on the court, but also to behavior off it. That is why the PLAYER OF THE MONTH children's survey was created, which aims to recognize the most inspiring young male and female players of our club.
How is the selection process?
The winner of the PLAYER OF THE MONTH survey is not chosen by chance, but by the TKP Coaching Council, which carefully considers several important criteria. The focus is not only on sports results, but also on values that make our children not only better athletes, but also better people.
What is taken into account when selecting?
Club representation: How our young tennis players perform at tournaments, how they represent TKP outside of training, and how they behave towards opponents and referees.
Adherence to the Code of Ethics: Fairness, respect, team spirit and exemplary behavior. Approach to training: Regular attendance, striving to improve, positive energy on the court and openness to the advice of coaches.
In this way, we want to motivate all members of our club to strive not only to win matches, but also to be a role model for others.
Why is the survey important?
We believe that sport shapes character. The PLAYER OF THE MONTH survey is a way to appreciate a comprehensive approach – not just a strong serve or an accurate forehand, but also a strong character and dedication to the team.
We look forward to each new month, new stories and young talents who will show that being a TKP player means more than just holding a racket in your hand. Congratulations to all previous winners – and we keep our fingers crossed for all future ones!
