1. We accept only virtual MultiSport cards displayed in the MultiSport mobile app.
2. MultiSport cards can only be used for tennis during the outdoor season and for badminton all year round.
3. When using a MultiSport card, your booking must be paid online by card through our booking system. MultiSport cards cannot be used for payments made on site.
BOOKING WITH MULTISPORT | STEP BY STEP
1. Create a customer account at rezervujsi.tkp.sk and add your TKP Customer Card to your mobile phone.
2. Before using your MultiSport card for the first time, you must link it to your TKP Customer Card in person at any of our venues using one of the self service kiosks located in the clubhouses. Only after linking the cards will you be able to use your MultiSport discount for future bookings. Follow the instructions displayed on the kiosk to complete the linking process.
3. Once your cards have been linked, the MultiSport option will become available in the booking system when adding players to your reservation. If you select the MultiSport option, the system will automatically deduct 50% of the first hour for one valid MultiSport card. The remaining 50% must be paid online by card through the payment gateway. If both players have a valid MultiSport card, the system will automatically deduct 100% of the first hour.
When using MultiSport, payment on site is not possible.
4. Once your cards are linked and your booking has been completed, simply arrive at the self service kiosk at the time of your reservation and scan your MultiSport card at the card reader. The kiosk will confirm whether your check in was successful.
