THE BOYS FROM TKP ARE SLOVAK CHAMPIONS UNDER 10
Košice in September became the epicenter of children's tennis when they hosted the final round of the Children's Davis Cup and Fed Cup. This important tournament attracted the attention of 24 teams from all over Slovakia, including three talented teams from our TKP club - two boys' and one girls'. And it was the boys from TKP "A" who provided an unforgettable experience when, after challenging competitions, they took home the title of Slovak Champion under 10!
A winning team that will go down in history
The boys from TKP "A" performed exceptional performances that were full of determination and team spirit. The team was led by captain Ján Lörinčík, and Lukas Lörinčík, Kraus Tobiáš, Urvay Marco and Mihal Matej fought alongside him. Their hard work, meticulous training and unwavering support from their families finally paid off in the form of gold. Every serve, every rally and every point was a testament to their talent and determination. It is a title they deserve, and at the same time it is a huge inspiration for all young tennis players in our community.
A success that crosses borders
Not only the boys from TKP "A" performed brilliantly, but also our second boys' team, TKP "B", together with the girls, showed that our tennis family is strong. Team "B", consisting of Patrik Rafaj, Kalužný Daniel, Suchár Šimon and captain Peter Šepitka, placed 9th, which is an exceptional performance. The girls, represented by Kusenda Nela, Lörinčík Ema, Urvay Nicole and captain Matej Mihal, also fought with commitment and courage, demonstrating their potential and strength. They won the consolation and also placed in an amazing 9th place.
